💳 Payments & Fees

• Payment is due upon entry of cleaner unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash.

• Late payments may incur a fee or result in service suspension.

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a full cancellation fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

🧼 Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

• Valuables should be secured prior to service.

• Any special instructions or concerns must be communicated in advance.

🛡️ Liability & Damages

• We take care in delivering services, but are not liable for pre‑existing damage or wear.

• Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
