Post-build cleaning is quoted based on the size, layout, site condition, stage required, access, glass/sticker requirements, external works, and handover timeframe.

Handover / Sparkle Clean / Final Clean
From $5.00 per m²
All Cleans in One / Full Construction Clean
From $9.50 per m²
Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing plans, project details, site condition, or completing a site inspection where required.
External works such as pressure washing, balconies, external glass, scaffold-dependent work, and excessive residue removal may be quoted separately.

To ensure clear expectations, please note that post-build cleaning pricing allows for standard construction dust and standard loose debris only.
Additional quotation may be required for:
