Initial/Pre silicon Clean Scope Includes: • Site walkthrough prior to commencement • Removal of loose construction debris (where applicable) • Construction dust removal • Wet area preparation (Bathrooms, Ensuite, Powder Room & Laundry) • Kitchen & Butler's Pantry detail clean • Cabinetry (internal & external) • Drawers and shelving • Benchtops & splashbacks • Sink & tapware • Internal windows, frames & tracks (where included) • Window sticker and light adhesive removal • Grout residue removal • Floor vacuum and mop • Site prepared for silicone installation and subsequent trades
